I am unclear about what my Human Rights actually are. If I have had my rights breached how do I take legal action?

When can you sue a judge under the Human Rights Act?

Dear London Law Clinic,

I was involved in contact proceedings over my two children with my ex-wife. Things had been fairly amicable until we got to court. The judge behaved in a way that hardened my wife's stance. Because of the judges actions what was a simple hearing turned into three costly years worth of hearings. I want compensation. When can someone claim damages against a judge under the Human Rights Act?
